Return & Exchange Policy
You can return/exchange an item within 15 days of your purchase if the item is unworn and unwashed with the original tags and hygiene stickers still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: the refunds cannot be issued for the discounted swimwear and/or during special sales (when the discount is more than 25%). Also, shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges are available to our Australian customers only.
If you would like to arrange a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
Contact us at to advise what you would like to do (return or exchange) and why (no refunds for change of mind). In case of the exchange, we will check the availability of the product(s) and if the exchange is possible to arrange. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and approve your return/exchange request.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email containing the return address, the return authorization number (RAN), and other pertinent details.
Please indicate RAN on the parcel and send the product(s) to the address stated. Please note EleganSea cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once we receive your return/exchange, we will process it with priority and will send you an email with the updated status of your request.
After we have checked the product(s) and it(they) has(have) passed our quality control, we will issue a refund (in case of the return) or arrange the exchange to be sent to you. Also, you will receive an email/notification advising on the updated status of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all the return costs, including shipping, duties, and taxes.
Also, EleganSea cannot be held liable for missing shipments if you waive the signature requirement as the logistics provider is outside of our control. We also recommend to keep the Tracking ID should an issue arises.
Item(s) returned without a return request number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
FAULTY or INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible prior to returning your item.
PLEASE NOTE: EleganSea cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
